Natalie recently joined the RIA team as a Manager of Sustainability Initiatives responsible for managing various workstreams surrounding corporate responsibility. Natalie brings a diverse sustainability background with expertise around regenerative food systems, circular packaging, and sustainable product design. Natalie has 6 years of experience within the sustainability industry, spanning the non-profit, built environment, and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Prior to joining the Resonance team, Natalie worked on the innovation team for a large consumer packaged goods company and helped to manage a non-profit dedicated to advancing circular packaging solutions. She holds a Masters of Business Administration & Masters of the Environment from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California.
