From Our Employees

Be involved in the work, or in the field, not just on the deck.

"In my first month, I worked on potential supply chain models that could deliver resources to vulnerable groups faster. I researched and identified manufacturers of NFIs and their procurement policies to prioritize those that could be more efficient suppliers."

Angela Kruszewski, Associate Economic Growth

Collaborate with clients and teammates across all levels.

"Over the last year, I have probably collaborated with over 200 government and private sector actors, sometimes with more than 30 of them in a room at a time, to identify areas where collaboration might lead to development impact."

Elina Sarkisova, RIA Senior Manager

Participate in growing our company & the movement.

"When COVID prevented our team from traveling to Timor-Leste to conduct a Rapid Partnership Appraisal (RPA), we collaborated to deliver epic service regardless. I led a team consisting of two analysts, a research manager, a U.S. based technical consultant and two Timorese consultants to conduct remote RPA where we examined seven nontraditional resourcing models and their applicability in the Timorese setting for a cohort of local advocacy focused NGOs. The 14-hour time different and poor internet in Timor-Leste couldn’t stop us from delivering a compelling and rigorous report which was well-received by the client and USAID."

Justin Lawrence, Senior Associate, MEL

Have an impact on the world and in our company.

"I worked with a field-based USAID mission to help implement and improve their private sector engagement methods. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on an issue at the federal level and at the field-based implementation level, as well as to learn from some of the most highly regarded experts in the field, all at the same time. Those opportunities are unique and rare in the field, but common here at Resonance."

Stephanie Ng, Manager PDU

Gain experience in "sustainable impact" from the leading firm

"In my first year, I worked directly with our innovation team to develop and host a series of webinars that spotlighted innovators in the global health space and highlighted their impact on vulnerable populations around the world. It also drove awareness of our concept of “sustainable impact."
