Resonators can help develop right fit MEL solutions that balance rigor, with the constraints of budget, and timeline. You’ll learn how to design, collect and analyze rigorous and empirically collected research; create opportunities for learning, discussion, and problem solving supported by empirically collected data. ### Collaborate with clients and teammates across all levels. Collaborate with fellow Resonators from each unit to deliver top-quality and compliant services to clients. You'll share lessons learned from implementation challenges throughout Resonance to strengthen corporate capabilities. ### Participate in growing our company & the movement. Resonators participate directly in building a practice from the ground up during a transformational period where demand for sustainability consulting is skyrocketing. You will provide implementers with the data they need to improve and adapt their programming; use data to understand your results, improve your programming, and measure your impact.
