About Germaine
As the Chief People Officer, Germaine is responsible for stewarding the company’s human resources. She leads in the strategic design, development, and implementation of the full suite of human capital solutions including Talent and Organizational Development & Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
Germaine has more than twenty years of experience helping to launch, grow, and optimize a range of businesses, combining market acumen with proven operational and analytical disciplines.
Prior to joining Resonance, Germaine served in progressive HR and IT roles at Accenture, Hewlett Packard, Freddie Mac and Sun Microsystems. She brings extensive cross-industry consulting and delivery experience in both public and private sectors.
