About Rachel

Rachel Vinck has 7+ years of experience working in international development, foreign affairs, and with international populations. She started her career in foreign national anti-trafficking and refugee efforts where she first learned about the importance of cross sector partnerships  and continued that work at the U.S. Department of State, working for the Office of Global Partnerships. During her time at Resonance, she has worked on the Promoting Excellence in Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) project, working primarily with USAID’s Private Sector Engagement Hub and USAID Missions. 

She has a B.S. from Brigham Young University in Public Health and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
