As the Director of Economic Growth, Kristin Beyard oversees the firm’s agribusiness, trade, and competitiveness portfolio, leading a number of cross-sector partnership initiatives.
She brings more than 11 years of experience in private sector and economic development, with a background in program management, business development, partnerships, market systems, agribusiness and enterprise development, and agriculture investment.
Prior to joining Resonance, Kristin worked for several development consulting firms, where she managed successful multimillion-dollar USAID programs throughout West Africa, East Africa, and Asia, developing and overseeing Global Development Alliance partnerships in the agriculture sector. She also worked for a variety of public and private sector clients, including the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and agriculture companies. Kristin holds an MA in economics and international relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA in political science and French from Drew University.
