Director of Secure Communities & Human Capital
Carrie concentrates on program design, implementation, and management in post-conflict and transition environments, utilizing her technical skills in youth, land and property rights, civil society strengthening, peace-building, livelihoods, natural resource management, and humanitarian assistance.
Carrie began her career in international development with Oxfam America in Boston and soon moved to a field post in Cambodia, where she managed a portfolio of natural resource and community development activities in the Mekong Region of Southeast Asia. Since then, she has worked with USAID in Cambodia, UNHCR in Geneva, and a broad range of USAID partners worldwide, including ARD/Tetra Tech, AECOM International Development, and Chemonics International. Prior to joining Resonance, Carrie was a Chemonics Director in the Middle East, where she oversaw a number of new business initiatives and managed the USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) Libya Transition Initiative and Lebanon Civic Support Initiative.
