About Rachel

Rachel Raccuia brings over 13 years of experience managing operations, finance, and organizational infrastructure in complex, high-stakes environments.

Prior to joining Resonance, Rachel held senior leadership roles at Chemonics International — serving as Director in the Office of the COO, directing a $125M USAID program in Iraq, and serving as Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID Promote: Women in Government program in Afghanistan, where she managed finance, HR, procurement, and operations across five provincial offices. Throughout her career she has lived and worked across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
