The USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (PPL) has awarded Resonance the EVAL-ME II indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) in recognition of its leadership in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). The purpose of the IDIQ is to provide technical and advisory services for MEL to the Bureau at the operating unit and Agency-wide levels.
As the prime implementer of the IDIQ, Resonance is thrilled to lead a consortium of dynamic partners, including International Business and Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), Gender Resources Inc. (GRI), and Synergy International Systems. Together the team will assist USAID in identifying key learnings that the Agency can use to adapt to new challenges and maximize their effectiveness.
"EVAL ME II opens up doors for Resonance to partner with USAID in using monitoring, evaluation, and learning to elevate programming during a critical time,” said project lead Justin Lawrence, Resonance’s MEL Manager.
“We look forward to implementing this key contract to advance progress and drive greater outcomes for the Agency and communities worldwide.”
