Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development for Government Services at Resonance, Jessica oversees and directs strategy and positioning for global business development efforts focused on partnership, private sector engagement, and innovation across a variety of sectors including economic growth and trade (EGT), natural resource management (NRM), and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).
Jessica has more than 16 years of experience in domestic and international business development, project management, grants management, finance and compliance, investment, and social services. She has experience with diverse clients and partners including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Department of State, the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), and the private sector. Prior to joining Resonance, she worked at other international development implementing firms in business development and project management with a focus on Asia, Eastern, and Central Europe. Jessica also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine for two years where she worked in youth development. Before she transitioned to international development, she worked in finance, investment, and social services.
Jessica holds an MA in International Conflict and Security from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies and BAs in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah. She speaks Russian and some Ukrainian.
