Director of People & Organizational Development
As the Director of People & Organizational Development, Jessi partners with the Leadership Team and Chief People Officer to build and execute the company’s strategic talent plans and enhance our capabilities and processes across the full talent spectrum, including Onboarding, Career Management, Learning & Development, Performance, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement and DEIA. She also acts as a strong business partner and trusted advisor to cross-functional senior leaders and stakeholders.
Jessi is an energetic, hands-on leader with diverse experience and a solid generalist background which has allowed her to develop the talent of being able to ‘translate’ business goals and expectations into action. Jessi possesses an expertise honed over 15+ years in the ‘people business’, built on a foundation of a humanistic approach and philosophy.
Prior to joining Resonance, Jessi held progressively senior roles with organizations primarily in the Oil and Gas industry. She brings vast knowledge on how to manage change, develop leaders, define and protect culture, build trust/rapport into true partnership, and use strategic planning to appropriately support the business through growth, ensuring scalability and sustainability
