About Elisabeth

As the Director of Human Resources (HR) at Resonance, Elisabeth (Lisa) leads the HR function and team globally. Lisa is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including culture and employee engagement, talent and leadership development, workforce planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workplace safety, employee communications, and training and development.

Lisa is an accomplished and results-driven human resources executive, with experience in organizational strategy and development, HR operations, change management, and workforce planning and recruitment. She has a passion for supporting people and for promoting both personal growth and professional development, and she possesses a strong belief in appreciative inquiry and the impact of positive influence.

Prior to joining Resonance, Lisa was the VP of Human Resources and Administration for Lane Press, a national printing organization. She was responsible for all aspects of HR, in addition to strategic planning, and was a member of the executive team. For several year’s prior, Lisa was in HR leadership for GE Healthcare, where she managed HR operations nationally. Before that, she worked at Husky IMS for almost a decade and held both Senior Director and Director roles in HR Operations and Global Organizational Development. She traveled extensively to Canada and worked with her teams in Singapore, China, Europe, and North and South America. Prior to joining Husky, Lisa led a staffing service team for more than seven years at Adecco, where she was a successful consultant for recruitment and general HR services.
