Technical Advisor - Natural Resource Management
Tim Moore has 18 + years of experience in private sector development, partnership building and multistakeholder collaboration, with a focus on natural resource management and sustainable seafood. He supports a range of clients and partners, including donors, foundations, non-profits, and international corporations, to address complex environmental, social and business challenges facing global seafood and oceans conservation. Tim has experience in developing innovative improvement strategies, including developing the Partnership Assurance Model (PAM) for sustainable aquaculture, with Seafood Watch, Chicken of the Sea and other partners, a new approach to accelerate and verify environmental and social improvements in aquaculture using an area-based approach.
Tim has also been based in Asia for several years serving as a technical advisor and project director on several large USAID field projects, developing and overseeing regional partnerships to improve food security, seafood traceability and sustainable fisheries. Prior to Resonance, he worked for an economic development consulting firm where he managed USAID projects focus on enterprise development, value chains and rural livelihoods in Asia and the Caucasus. Tim holds a joint EMBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore, and a BBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary.
