As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, Michelle executes and manages the full life cycle recruitment for Resonance’s projects and proposals. She also serves as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Her responsibilities include managing recruitment systems like Lever, LinkedIn, Devex, and ReliefWeb.
Michelle has over 10 years of talent acquisition experience and she specializes in technical sourcing and recruitment for USG-funded projects and business development proposals for donors like, USAID, DOD, DOS, DOL, DOT, MCC, SEC, and The World Bank. Since joining Resonance, she has worked on projects funded by private donors like PEPSICO, the European Climate Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation, and the United Nations Foundation. Her recruitment specialties are in the fields of Public Financial Management, Private Sector Engagement, Economic Growth & Trade, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA), Natural Resource Management, Capacity Building, Knowledge and Change Management, Education, Gender and Youth, Agriculture & Food Security, Strengthening Supply Chains, Environment & Sustainability, and Data Analytics.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the De La Salle University. She is also a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter.
