Previously at Chemonics International Inc., she pioneered gender equality initiatives and managed complex project operations. Her expertise extends from founding teams and fostering diversity to supervising staff and ensuring high-standard project deliverables. Keila holds a Bachelor's in Cellular/Molecular Neuroscience from Claremont McKenna College.
