About Erica
Erica is a Solutions-focused contracts and international development specialist and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). Erica brings more than fifteen years of progressive leadership experience supporting large, complex contracts and assistance awards for government and non-government clients. As the Director of Contracts and Compliance, Erica leads Resonance’s contracts administration and ensures compliance with the company's policies and procedures, applicable federal rules and regulations, and ethical standards. Erica specializes in lending support to growing organizations through conceptualizing, drafting, and implementing policies processes and procedures that align with best practices in compliance honed through years of programmatic implementation. Prior to joining Resonance Erica worked at a diverse set of organizations both in their US-based Headquarter Offices and in Project offices worldwide.
Erica has an M.P.P. in International Development from the University of Maryland, a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, and a Certificate in Agile Contract Management from Villanova University. She is a Certified Contracts Federal Contracts Manager and active member of the National Contract Management Association.
